Prior experience in the same field consists of 2 years with a developer of new construction, and 2 years with a developer/rehabber/home improvement company, also 2 years with a hardwood flooring company.
Having seen property from so many different viewpoints gives me a unique perspective that can be a great advantage to my clients.
You'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, market conditions, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
 Your Dreams. With the right agent, finding your new home can be one of the most pleasant and exhilarating experiences in your life. Unfortunately this isn't always the case.... People come to me frustrated, tired, angry, and stressed, they have been going to open houses, or out with an agent that they say has practically kidnapped them. They have been to the wrong size homes, homes that are not the style that they like, and even been taken to areas that they don't like. Some have been to homes that are far beyond their budget, and having seen these find it difficult be content with what they can afford.
I arrange for my clients to see only the homes that meet their specific needs. They only need to choose the one they like best! I get a special feeling of satisfaction when I see that special, happy, peaceful expression a person gets, when we tour the place they want to call home. It makes my hard work seem a pleasure to me! I endeavor to see it as often as possible!
Time and Commitment. Your needs, your wants, and your best interest, are my operating manual, in all actions I take on your behalf. You need an agent ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to you. I can and will do that.
